Unless agreed in writing to the contrary I retain image copyright; however, all commissions are flexibly licenced. The standard licence on an architectural commission is for internal commercial usage; additional rights, such as third party publication, can be readily negotiated. For multi-party commissions, provided all parties are known in advance, I operate a multiple licencing system.
